• Services: means accommodation and any additional facilities or services provided by the Guesthouse

By completing a reservation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies or requirements communicated during the booking process.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.

Our Platform

Bait Mutirah Guesthouse endeavors to ensure that all information displayed on its website and booking platforms is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, certain information may be provided by third parties, and while reasonable care is exercised, absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Prices and Payment

Upon confirmation of a reservation, the Guest agrees to pay the total amount applicable to the stay and any additional services selected, including all applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
Prices displayed for presentation purposes may be rounded. The final amount charged will be calculated based on the original, non-rounded rate.
